Through this course, I explored the complete process of working with wood—right from procurement and cutting to designing, marking, and polishing. Each step taught me how design ideas translate into actual craft.

My final project was a foldable drafting table. I wanted to create something functional yet space-saving, so I designed it to fold into a suitcase-like form when not in use. At the same time, it unfolds into a full drafting table with adjustable height, making it adaptable for different working conditions.

This exercise helped me understand not just the technical aspects of woodworking but also how design thinking can make everyday objects more practical and user-friendly.
